advised: Appraisal Educational Requirements change on January 1, 2008!
As of 1/1/2008,
200 hours of
classroom
instruction is required to become
a Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania.
A minimum of 45 of the 200 hours must be completed
prior to the start of the
two
year Apprenticeship. Fifteen of the 45 hours must be the Uniform
Standards of Professional
Appraisal
Practice (National USPAP) course.
