I am pleased to announce that effective November 1, 2011, Berks Real Estate Institute and Schlicher-Kratz Institute will officially begin operating as one company. Our combination unites two market leaders and will eliminate duplication of work processes and increase efficiencies in our operations.  

Although Berks Real Estate Institute and Schlicher-Kratz Institute have separate histories, they have shared the same ownership for 15 years and have always shared a common objective: to fulfill all your educational needs as Real Estate, Appraisal & Mortgage Loan Professionals.  We remain dedicated to this objective now that we are operating as one. Our locations, teachers, contact information, and classes will remain the same. We will now be operating under the sole name of Schlicher-Kratz Institute.

Rest assured that the company consolidation will be a gradual process, with no disruption to our customer service.   We will continue working hard to earn your business, and I want to personally thank you for your loyalty and support.
