This continuing education
course is approved to satisfy mandatory continuing education
requirements for all mortgage loan originators in Pennsylvania. It
includes core topics as required by the SAFE Act: Federal lending
legislation (3 hrs), ethics (2 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage
products (2 hrs). In addition, there is an hour segment which will meet all the
Pennsylvania state-specific requirements which are included in
Pennsylvania’s SAFE legislation.

This NMLS-approved course satisfies your
20-hour prelicense requirement under the SAFE Act. It includes a
minimum of 3 hours Federal law, 3 hours Ethics, 2 hours non-traditional
mortgage products, and the mandatory 3 hours of Pennsylvania law. The
balance of the course includes approved electives that cover additional
topics you'll see on the license exams.
