Basic Appraisal Principles
Class Dates: MONTGOMERYVILLE Monday and Wednesday Evenings, September 27, 29, October 4, *, 11, 13, 18,  20, 25, 2010 
                                                                          (*no class on 10/6/10)

Time: 6:00 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.

Approved for:
  • Satisfies 30 hours of the 75 hour Appraising Education requirement for the Trainee License   (More Info on Appraiser Qualifications)
  • Satisfies 30 hours of the 200 hour Appraising Education requirement for the Certified Residential Certification
  • 30 Hours, 2 Credits toward Real Estate Brokers License in a Commission-developed category
  • Completes all 14 Hours of Broker/Salesperson Continuing Education for the 5/31/2012 renewal date IF you were originally licensed before December 1, 2009.  See "Special Note"  for more information.
