	Appraiser Courses

A total of 120 hours of classroom instruction is required to become a Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania.  A minimum of 45 hours must be completed prior to the start of your apprenticeship and 15 of those 45 hours must be the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course.
