Under Pennsylvania  licensing law, all Broker pre-licensing candidates must complete Real Estate Law as well as Real Estate Brokerage and Office Management I or II  as part of the 16 credit educational requirement prior to being eligible to sit for the brokers exam.

Real Estate Law

*Special Note: If you were originally licensed before December 1, 2009, you may take elective CE courses or a broker course to complete your course work. If you were originally licensed after December 1, 2009, (which means your real estate license number is  higher than RS313192), you need to complete 14 hours of “new” licensing continuing education. Regular CE and Broker Classes will  not satisfy the CE commitment for new real estate licensees for  May 2012.
