Broker/Salesperson Continuing Education

Brokers and Salespersons must complete a total of  14 hours of continuing education by 5/31/12 to renew your license.
*Special Note: If you were originally licensed before December 1, 2009,  you may take elective CE courses or a broker course to complete your course work. If you were originally licensed after December 1, 2009, which means your real estate license number is  higher than RS313192, you need to complete 14 hours of “new” licensing continuing education. The courses titled "The Big Picture: General Module"  and "Gaining Insight of the Residential Market: Residential Module" listed below will satisfy the new licensee education requirement. Regular MCE and Broker Classes will  not satisfy the MCE commitment for new real estate licensees for  May 2012.
