What you need to know about Online Courses . . .
- Schlicher-Kratz Institute has entered into an online
partnership with Hondros Online to offer their online courses to our
students. When this option is chosen, the student leaves
Schlicher-Kratz Institute and becomes a student of Hondros
Online.
- The student must abide by the rules and policies of Hondros
Online regarding payment, refund policy, technical support and other
issues related to the completion of their courses. Click

Asked Questions
- Hondros Online will generate the
certificate upon completion of their online course.
- Schlicher-Kratz Institute will electronically submit
completed continuing education hours to the Pennsylvania Real Estate
Commission for all courses that are approved for Broker/Salesperson
Continuing Education credit.
The following Hondros courses are currently approved for
Broker/Salesperson continuing education credit: Foreclosures, Introduction to Commercial
Real Estate, Latest Trends in Mortgage Products, Mortgage Fraud: A
Dangerous Business, Risk Reduction Techniques, Income Approach, Residential Cost
Approach, Sales Comparison Approach.
